All payments made on the Funk-Up Store website are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment gateways. At no point does Funk-Up Store store, access, or retain your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information.

2. Payment Security

Funk-Up Store shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions arising from negligence on the customer’s part, including sharing of OTPs, PINs, or login credentials.

3. Order Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp
• The order details will include product name, order ID, billing amount, and delivery address

In case the payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, you may contact us for assistance.

• All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned
• Funk-Up Store reserves the right to change product pricing, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice

The final payable amount is shown at checkout before you complete the payment.

5. Failed and Duplicate Transactions

If a transaction fails due to technical issues but your bank account is debited, please allow a few working days for automatic reversal. In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
